2020 Family Summer Needs Survey Analysis
Big Thought, through our Dallas City of Learning network, partnered with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Dallas Park and Recreation, The Budd Center at SMU, Dallas Afterschool, the Center on Research and Evaluation at SMU, Dallas Public Library and State Fair of Texas to issue a citywide survey from May 12-18, 2020 to parents and caregivers about their summer needs for their children.
With this important feedback directly from families combined with the recommendations of public health and government officials, Big Thought, along with program partners, will be able to make the most informed decisions that prioritize the safety of all involved and the learning and development of youth and children in Dallas.
