The Writer’s Garret presents the Lyceum Series

The Writer’s Garret invites you to the Lyceum Series. These free, monthly workshops are held on the third Saturday of the month and offer writers of every genre and skill level an opportunity to learn, experiment and develop their craft. Matthew Baker is a poet and teacher pursuing his PH.D. in Literature from the University of Texas at Dallas.  He is the author of Undoing the Hide’s Taut Musculature (FLP, 2019). His poems have appeared in Muzzle Magazine, The Southern Review, and Booth Journal, among others.

The Writer’s Garret is a Dallas-based non-profit organization which provides out-of-school learning opportunities and connects people through the power of language.
