Art on Wheelz

Working with our partner the DMA student s will be engaged in art lessons that work with a variety of materials to provide well-rounded art education. Trained teachers and facilitators will lead the 60-minute to 2-hour class focusing on a theme or topic which follows their unique curriculum and meets the National Art Education Association (NAEA) art standards. We aim to offer a healthy, safe, and educative environment where children are engaged in artmaking while they forget about the fear of mistakes and failure. We explore a wide range of mediums from painting to drawing to sculpture and printmaking and much more. This allows students to become familiar with the uniqueness and potential of each material to create original works of art.
