The Leadership Academy of Creative Arts
The purpose of the Racial Equity & Leadership Conference is to increase the conversation about racial inequities with students ages 13-18. This conference will also provide students with ways to understand diversity and improve behaviors stemming from white supremacy so that they can be healthier leaders in society.
