Summer Healing Vibe Edition (DrPeggyM.Wilson STEM)

Our Summer Healing Vibes program will introduce participants to to practicing mindful awareness using a well-blended mixture of Interpersonal and Cognitive therapies along with social emotional arts restorative programming. Its background stems from the need for young adults to learn the importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making. Social and emotional learning (SEL) provides foundation for and positive learning, while enhancing students' ability to succeed in school, careers, and life. Interpersonal and cognitive therapies provide strong support for healthy coping, self-regulation, while introducing therapeutic ways to resolve conflict and navigate life's constant changes.
