The Out of School Time Network is a consortium of neighborhood based programs that provide technology based literacy, math, homework help, arts, culture and physical education enrichment activities. Our partner and member programs provide year round out of school time educational enrichment programming for pre-kindergarten to middle school aged youth throughout South Dallas communities surrounding Fair Park.
