Teen Small Business Summer Camp (Teen Biz Camp)

The Teen Biz Camp is a 8 week total immersion summer camp for ages 13-19. The camp engages small business owners from local communities in the education of teen entrepreneurs. Small business owners from the local community sponsor our participant’s business venture, and provide insight on their own personal entrepreneurial experience to help teens build a profitable small business by the end of the summer. The goal is to teach participants how to become entrepreneurial by engaging and interacting with local entrepreneurs and organizations, in the surrounding community, as well as, completing a difficult and life changing, real-world entrepreneurial experience called, “The Litmus Test”. By the end of the program participants have their own small business kit including: • Laptop/Tablet Device • The Entrepreneur’s Workbook • Personal Assessment • 1 Page Website • 250 Business Cards & Logo • Business Plan Overview • Network of Business Owners and Support • Certificate of Completion • Coupon to retake online on-demand entrepreneurship classes on our custom LMS portal free for up to 1 year. Our Ultimate Goal for the Teen Small Business Summer Camp is to help participants make at least $1000 or more in their own business this summer, creating an economic infusion of capital into the communities, in which our participants live and learn!
