C5 Pathways (educational sessions)

Our Pathway curriculum is based largely on best practices for year-round programs observed within C5. "Pathways" event move young people towards specific outcomes. The curriculum drives outcomes, helps to build strong community identify and supportive peer networks and inspire youth to accept responsibility and take action.

Each pathway event is a delivery point for specific content and information that young people need in order to achieve the 5 C's. During the course the school year, youth take part in 20-25 curriculum focused events. These sessions focus on college, career, community service, leadership, social awareness, arts and culture and personal development.
