GT STEAM Academy
Generation Teach Inc.
The GT STEAM Academy is a summer academic enrichment program for rising 6th-8th-grade students enrolled in the Grand Prairie ISD. The program runs from June 3-28, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Students take engineering, law, math, and reading classes and participate in daily enrichment activities including arts and sports. Fridays feature fun field trips. All classes are taught by AmeriCorps Summer Teaching Fellows - undergraduate and high-school students who are coached and supported by professional teachers.
