2020 will be a year that we will long remember as learning shifted online, out of school time professionals shifted their pedagogy and systems to remote delivery. We challenged ourselves to embed much needed social and emotional learning and academic tutoring into our efforts. And we found creative ways to retool our teams and our learners to build community online.
