I AM ENOUGH 13 to 18

"I Am Enough" is a program aimed at empowering youth with the skills to build healthy relationships, increase self-esteem and self-confidence, and develop self-awareness. The program features interactive games, activities, and lessons to address pressing social issues such as violence, drug and alcohol usage, social isolation, and peer pressure. With a focus on promoting positive mental and emotional well-being, "I Am Enough" provides young people with the tools they need to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

The program is designed for aged 13 to 18 years old. Partnerships with community centers, youth groups, churches or school to host program. The program will be conducted for four weeks, and the participants will meet twice weekly for two hours each session.

Program Structure:

The program time and day are dependent on the availability of the venue.

Students will receive a certificate of completion.
